Leather glue heat activated 600ml
Leather glue heat-activatable is a two-component polyurethane adhesive
used for gluing various synthetic leather materials to ABS and pressboard parts - production
of dashboards and door panels in the automotive industry.
Processing :
Leather glue heat-activatable is a two-component polyurethane adhesive
used for gluing various synthetic leather materials to ABS and pressboard parts - production
of dashboards and door panels in the automotive industry.
- The adhesive is processed with 8.5% hardener A1 (item no. 251101219)
- Heat resistance with CHP hardener A1- 110 °C.
- CHP Leather Adhesive Heat Activated is suitable for application with a brush or spray gun.
Processing :
Mix the heat-activated CHP leather adhesive immediately before processing with 8.5% CHP hardener A1. Coat the back of the artificial leather and the surface of the workpiece with adhesive.
Both parts allow the adhesive to dry well (approx. 30-60 minutes) and apply the imitation leather under pressure and at a higher temperature (at least 60 °C - heat with a hot air gun).
